Abstract: This paper analyzed the main causes of great difference between domestic recoverable crude oil reserves calibration and SEC reserves assessment results such as assessment units, assessment methods, and different parameter selection. At the same time, it put forward some suggestions for reasonable incorporation of domestic recoverable crude oil reserves calibration into SEC reserves assessment. This is practically significant to solving the difference in assessment results, achieving objective evaluation on recoverable reserves, and meeting the requirements of making oilfield development decisions and disclosing information of listed companies.

摘要： 针对国内原油可采储量标定与SEC储量评估结果差异较大的状况,分析了导致储量评估结果差异大的主要原因,诸如,评估单元、评估方法、参数取值不同等;同时,就国内原油可采储量标定与SEC储量评估合理接轨问题提出了一些思考意见,对于解决评估结果差异、实现可采储量客观评价、满足油田开发决策和上市披露的需求都具有一定的现实意义。
