Abstract: The evaluation of enterprise scientific and technological progress is a problem in technological management. There haven't been any welldeveloped and acknowledged quantitative evaluation methods and models at home and abroad. In the research, the authors collected a large number of data, studied synthetic evaluation method of enterprise technological progress, established comprehensive evaluation index system accordingly, and confirmed evaluation process and rules, according to the actual situation and the income and expenses structure of the enterprise, and the national policies and regulations of technological evaluation. And through the application of CPPLB, the evaluation method has achieved good results.

摘要： 企业科技进步评价是科技管理的难题,国内外尚未有成熟和公认的量化评价方法与模型。在调查研究的基础上,获得了大量的数据和资料,根据企业的实际情况及收支结构,并参照国家科技评价相关政策法规,研究了企业科技进步量化综合评价方法,建立了相应的综合评价指标体系,确定了评价流程和评分规则。通过在中国石油管道运输企业应用,取得了很好的效果。
