Abstract: This paper illustrates the status of featured collection and how it functions with the example of the petroleum professional library of CNPC Research Institute of Economics and Technology, pointing out some problems in its construction under the network environment, such as single procurement channels and lack of coordination among industries. It also gives corresponding suggestions for the construction of featured collection in the future.

摘要： 文章以中国石油集团经济技术研究院石油专业图书馆为例,讲述了特色馆藏的发展现状和如何发挥作用的问题,指出了网络环境下特色馆藏建设过程中存在的采购渠道单一、行业间缺乏协调等一些弊端,对今后特色馆藏的建设提出了相应的建议。
