自主管理及其成功实施的关键因素

Abstract: Self-management as an activity of "employee participation in management" feathered with highest possible degree of member participation under official empowerment, and as a new form of team management, is pa id more and more attentions. But self-management is amphibolous to many managers due to its lack of universal and generally agreed definition, and there are few systematic researches on the key factors for its successful implementation. Aiming at solving these problems, this paper discusses the essence of self-management, and summarizes the key factors for its successful implementation under current environments of Chinese management practices.

摘要: 自主管理是获得组织授权的高度参与的"参与式管理活动",它作为一种新型的基层管理方式,受到管理者的关注。然而,由于缺乏统一的、普遍认同的概念和定义,管理者难以把握其内涵,理论上对影响自主管理成功实施的关键因素也缺乏系统的研究,针对这些问题,文章探讨了自主管理的内涵,并结合国内企业的现状,对影响自主管理成功实施的因素进行了归纳。
