Abstract: Since the 11th Five-Year Period, under the guidance of the"681"development goal of Jilin Oilfield Company, Qian'an Oil Recovery Plant has always been carrying out the idea of"making independent innovation, making breakthroughs in key areas, application integration, formulating system, relying on talented people, and supporting development"around the"152"development goal, taking the road of independent S&T development, which lays a solid basis for efficient development of oilfields.
