Abstract: Cis-polybutadiene is an important variety of synthetic rubber. BR 9000 adopts the nickel base solution polymerization technology and 1, 3 butadiene as monomer raw material. Polymerization reaction adopts three-kettle continuous polymerization process and uses catalyst pre-mixture process technique, differential pressure condensation technique, horizontal heat pump technique and robot stacking technique. The Mooney viscosity is kept stable at 44-46mPa·s. The rubber products are good for their physical properties. The tensile strength reaches 16MPa while breaking strength is more than 420 percent. It is very good for elasticity, cold resistance and abrasive resistance. Currently, it is successfully used in three sets of units at home. The large-scale equipment is localized in terms of design, manufacture and installation.

摘要： 顺丁橡胶是合成橡胶中的重要品种,BR 9000采用镍系溶液聚合技术,以1,3—丁二烯为单体原料,聚合反应采用三釜连续聚合操作流程,应用了催化剂预混工艺技术、差压凝聚技术、卧式热泵技术、机械人码垛技术,门尼黏度稳定在44~46mPa·s,橡胶成品物性好,拉伸强度达16MPa,扯断强度达420%以上,弹性好、耐寒性高、耐磨性好。目前已在国内3套装置中成功应用,实现了大型设备的设计、制造和安装国产化。
