Abstract: To improve intelligent control level of oil and gas fields and intelligent level of production management process, the latest Siemens technology is introduced from Germany to independently develop station integrated monitoring and control cabinet by means of integrated creation. The cabinet has the functions of automatic monitoring, close-loop control, safety interlock and remote control for all production processes of oil and gas metering stations and gathering stations at oil and gas fields. It can be used for real-time acquisition of key production parameters needed in the processes of stations, close-loop control and safety interlock of electric and pneumatic actuators, and automatic shutdown of the whole station under emergency. The cabinet can provide redundancy function according to users’ requirements. It can also provide multiple communications interfaces and communications protocols to inter-exchange and share data with host computer. The cabinet is safe and reliable in operation and its performance reaches China’s advanced level.

摘要： 为了满足不断提高的油气田智能化集中控制水平和生产管理过程智能化水平的需求,引进德国西门子先进技术,采用集成创新方法自主研发了站控综合测控柜。测控柜对油气田生产中的计配站、集输站内各生产工艺流程实施自动监测、闭环控制、安全连锁及远程控制,可对站内各生产工艺流程所需关键生产参数进行实时数据采集,电动、气动执行机构的闭环控制和安全连锁,紧急情况下整站自动关停。针对关键库、站可根据用户实际需求提供冗余功能,并提供多种通信接口和多种通信协议与上位机进行数据共享交换,运行安全可靠,产品性能达到国内领先水平。
