Abstract: The new-type high-efficiency combustion furnace for sulfur recovery includes main combustion furnace, reheating furnace and exhaust incinerator. It is mainly used for sulfur recovery at natural gas purification plant, petrochemical plant and coal-fired electricity generation plant. It is the key equipment in the Claus sulfur recovery process system. This paper introduces the key technological parameters, such as furnace temperature, furnace volume, designed pressure, and furnace wall temperature. Ring wall protection technology is adopted to effectively control the inner wall temperature in high-temperature furnace lining. Skid-mounted integration technology is developed to ensure long-term operation of production facility and reduce discharge of pollutants. The overall technology level is better than that of imported burner, breaking the monopoly of foreign products for sulfur recovery combustion furnace and ensuring the quality of natural gas surface construction projects.

摘要: 硫黄回收用新型高效燃烧炉包括主燃烧炉、再热炉、尾气焚烧炉等系列产品,主要适用于天然气处理净化厂、石油化工、燃煤电厂等所属硫黄回收领域,是克劳斯硫回收工艺系统中的关键设备。介绍了炉膛温度、炉膛体积、设计压力、炉壁温度等关键技术参数,采用环壁保护技术,有效控制高温炉衬里内壁温度,开发橇装集成技术,确保生产装置长周期运行,减少了污染排放,整体技术水平优于进口燃烧器,打破了现有硫黄回收装置燃烧器被国外产品垄断的局面,保证了天然气地面建设工期和质量。
