Abstract: XZ-AVDS-1 automatic vertical drilling system can be used to effectively solve the drilling technological bottlenecks, such as piedmont high and steep structure, large-dip formation, overthrust nappe formation, so that the well inclination can be controlled continuously. The system is mainly composed of power system, measurement and control system and hydraulic pressure executive system. The system comes under test of hydraulic pressure module fatigue and service life, sealed pressure test, calibration of generator impeller and test of overall functions, before it is delivered to users. The product is developed in four sizes in two specifications - ?311/?333 and ?406/?445. Up to now, the system has been used for 12 wells in the oilfields of Xingjiang, Tarim and Yumen, with the footage accumulated to 8305 meters. The pure drilling time is 1739 hours, with a satisfactory result of anti-inclination and drilling rate. The system is mature for commercialized application in terms of adaptability, stability and accuracy of well inclination control.

摘要: XZ-AVDS-Ⅰ型自动垂直钻井系统可有效解决山前高陡构造、大倾角地层、逆掩推覆体地层等易斜井段的钻井技术难题,实现钻进中对井斜的连续控制。主要有电源系统、测量控制系统、液压执行系统组成,出厂前均经过严格的液压模块疲劳寿命实验、密封承压实验、发电机叶轮标定及整体性能测试。研制出?311/?333及?406/?445两种规格4种尺寸产品,截至目前已在新疆、塔里木、玉门油田进行了12口井的现场试验和应用,累计进尺8305m,纯钻时间1739h,防斜打快效果明显。系统的适应性、稳定性及井斜控制精度等已达到成熟的商业化应用条件。
