LY-2005-Olefin Saturated Hydrogenation Catalyst for C4, C5and C9Cuts

Abstract: Effective use of C4, C5 and C9 cuts is an urgent problem to be solved by refinery enterprises. Hydrogenation technological development paves a way for effective use of C4, C5 and C9 cuts. Based on repeated experiments, PetroChina Lanzhou Petrochemical Research Institute found that appropriate assemblage of additives can improve application rate of active component nickel, thus developing LY-2005 --a Ni-based saturated hydrogenation catalyst, which is a new-type Ni-based saturated hydrogenation catalyst for C4, C5 and C9 cuts developed by means of the additives assemblage technology. It is used for saturated hydro-treatment of the C4, C5 and C9 cuts at low pressure and low temperature. Meanwhile, the catalyst is good for hydrogenation conversion and has a promising prospect for promotion. The dual olefin value of the hydrogenated product is lower than 1.0% for C4 hydrogenation and lower than 0.1% for C5 hydrogenation. As for C9 hydrogenation, the dual olefin value of the 1st hydrogenation product is lower than 2.0g I/100g while the bromine value is lower than 30g Br/100g. The dual olefin value of the 2nd hydrogenation product is lower than 0.1g I/100g while the bromine value is lower than 1.0g Br/100g. Sulfur is lower than 5μg/g and loss of aromatic hydrocarbon lower than 3%.

摘要: C4、C5、C9馏分的有效利用是炼化企业亟待解决的问题,加氢技术的逐步发展为C4、C5、C9馏分的有效利用提供了一条重要途径。中国石油兰州石化研究中心通过大量的试验发现,适当的助剂组合能够提高活性组分镍的利用率,由此制备了一种镍基加氢饱和催化剂LY-2005。LY-2005催化剂是采用助剂组合技术开发的新型镍基C4、C5、C9馏分加氢饱和催化剂。该催化剂用于C4、C5、C9的加氢饱和处理,具有低压、低温的特点,同时还具有良好的加氢转化性能和良好的推广前景。对于C4加氢,加氢产品双烯值小于1.0%;C5加氢,加氢产品双烯值小于0.1%;C9加氢,一段加氢产品双烯值小于2.0gI/100g,溴价小于30gBr/100g,二段加氢产品双烯值小于0.1gI/100g,溴价小于1.0gBr/100g,硫小于5μg/g,芳烃损失小于3%。
