Abstract: Commercialized application of technology is the final purpose for tangibility of technological results. Technological commercialization is focused on technological transfer and related to various stages of technological transfer and profit-making process of the enterprise. It is the ultimate objective for technological tangibility. Fulfillment of this objective is based on a higher maturity of technological tangibility. The key factor for the petroleum industrial development is to turn technological results into production power. Commercialization is particularly important for technological tangibility. Only are technological results brought under development and application and used for production and business, they will be turned into realistic production power in petroleum exploration and development. Based on this precondition, this paper analyzes the characteristics for commercialization of petroleum technological results and introduces the implementation methods and process of technological tangibility on the basis of the case concerning tangibility of CNPC’s gas lift oil production technology. It also points out that it is of great significance to accelerate conversion of China’s oil technological results and improve its conversion rate.

摘要： 技术成果有形化的最终目的是技术的商业化应用。技术商业化是以技术转让为核心、涉及转让所经过的各阶段和创造企业利润的过程,是技术有形化的终极目标,其实现以技术有形化成熟度的提高为基础。石油工业发展的关键因素是科技成果向现实生产力的转移,科技成果的有形化、商业化尤为重要,只有把石油科技成果经过开发应用,进而推广到生产和经营中去,才能在石油勘探开发中转化为现实生产力。以此为前提,分析了石油科技成果商业化的特征,结合中国石油气举采油技术的有形化案例,对技术有形化的实施方法和过程进行了介绍,指出该项工作对加快我国石油科技成果的转化速度、提高其转化率有重要意义。
