Abstract: To meet the market demand for a large quantity of downhole rock sampling, CNPC Logging Co., Ltd. developed rotary sidewall coring tool with its independent intellectual property right. This is an advanced coring instrument adopting surface high power variable frequency drive, downhole high-temperature hydraulic transmission and hydraulic motor with a hollow boring bit. It is composed of control panel, variable frequency power source, gamma nipple, electronic cartridge and hydraulic pressure nipple. The rotary sidewall coring tool is simply-operating and cost-effective with a high core recovery percentage. In a regular shape, the core can be used for direct analysis of lithology. It can replace its foreign counterparts in terms of functions. The rotary sidewall coring tool is now used in the exploration and development sector with remarkable field application results. The core recovery percentage of this tool has exceeded 90 percent at Huabei Oilfield and Changqing Oilfield since 2012. It is an important digital coring tool for CNPC.

摘要: 为满足市场对井下岩石采样的大量需求,中国石油集团测井有限公司研发了具有自主知识产权的钻进式井壁取心器。这是一种由地面大功率变频驱动、井下高温液压传动、用带有空心钻头的液压马达进行岩心钻取的先进仪器,由控制面板、变频电源、伽马短节、电子线路短节和液压短节组成,施工简便、成本低、取心收获率高,所取岩心规则,可直观进行岩性、含油性观察,其性能可替代国外同类产品。钻进式井壁取心器目前已拓展到勘探、开发领域,现场应用效果显著。2012年至今,在华北油田和长庆油田取心收获率超过90%,成为中国石油数字岩心技术获取岩心的重要工具。
