Abstract: YZG-22.5/14-G steam generator is designed specially for high viscosity and super high viscosity oil production. It gives due consideration to steam quality corresponding to different production process, adopts advanced burner and fuel supply system with self-detection functions, powerful touch-screen control system and flue gas heat recovery devices, and owns more flexible modular structure. Therefore, it could operate well with higher security, adaptability, and heat efficiency. It has been used in oilfields and achieved good results, which is valid for the design, localization, and reform of steam generator.

摘要： YZG-22.5/14-G油田注汽锅炉是针对稠油、超稠油开采而开发的一种锅炉,该锅炉设计充分考虑了不同的开采工艺对蒸汽品质的要求,采用了先进的燃烧器及具有自检测功能的燃料供应系统、功能强大的触摸屏控制系统及烟气余热利用装置,并具有较大灵活性的模块式结构,从而使锅炉运行的安全性、适应性、热效率大幅提高,在油田现场使用中收到很好的效果,为油田注汽锅炉设计、制造国产化和在用注汽锅炉改造提供了一条有效的技术途径。
