塔里木油田地震数据处理智能质控创新实践

Abstract: With the structural complexity and exploration difficulty rising in the seismic exploration zone, Tarim Oilfield innovated its organizational model of seismic processing projects, turning it into “a series of procedures” from the “parallel connection” for a block with a single unit in charge of processing from the beginning to the end. The series of procedures divided the whole seismic processing into four procedures--surface modelling and static correction, signal processing and stacking, prestack time migration and prestack depth migration. The different suppliers were in charge of the different procedures providing the organizational basis for processing the connected blocks and belts. Meanwhile, the intelligent quality control platform was established to enhance back-end surveyed area management and data preparation, interactive quality control and management based on the web end and functions of quality control points in each procedure, thus bringing about online control over the big data. Quality control was changed to quantitative management from qualitative management by means of setting examination indicators, process inspection and quantitative inspection for each procedure. Application of the innovated four-procedure seismic processing management model effectively shortened the processing periods of connected surveyed areas, promoted application of new technology, raised work efficiency, controlled the service cost and dramatically improved the imaging results of complicated mountainous areas in Tarim Basin.

摘要: 随着地震勘探区域构造复杂性和勘探难度的增加,塔里木油田创新地震处理项目的组织模式,由一家处理单位从头到尾的区块“并联”转变为工序“串联”,将地震处理全流程划分为表层建模与静校正、信号处理与叠加、叠前时间偏移、叠前深度偏移4 道工序,不同工序分别优选供应商承担,为区带统一连片处理提供组织基础。同时建立智能质控平台,加强后端工区管理与数据准备、基于Web端交互质控与管理、各工序质控点功能,实现大数据在线质控。通过对每道工序设置考核指标、过程质检、量化质检,质控由定性向定量管理转变。4道工序地震处理创新管理模式的应用,有效缩短了多工区连片处理周期,促进了新技术应用,提高了工作效率,控制了成本,推动塔里木盆地复杂山地成像效果大幅提升。
