大庆连续管快速修井研究与应用

摘要: 为提高油井清蜡、水井解堵作业效率,大庆油田开展了连续管快速修井作业试验。利用水力清蜡除垢原理, 通过优化高压旋转射流水力参数、优选高压冲洗工具、合理匹配施工参数、配套地面流程,形成了连续管高效快速修 井作业工艺技术。现场应用及试验表明,连续管高效水力清蜡除垢解堵作业工艺具有带压、环保、高效等优势,可有 效实现油管、套管内清蜡除垢,施工时效较常规油管作业大幅提高,并可解决油管、套管堵塞等常规作业起管柱拔不 动以及修井因无油套循环通道导致无法压井作业等疑难特殊井施工难题,实现了作业模式新变革,为油田快速修井作 业提供借鉴。

Abstract: Daqing Oilfield tested coiled tubing for rapid workover service to improve the efficiency of paraffin removal from oil well and blocking removal from water well. Based on the principle of using hydraulic power for paraffin removal and scale removal, high-efficiency rapid coiled tubing workover service process technology was developed by means of optimizing hydraulic parameters of high-pressure rotary spraying jet flow and high-pressure flushing tools, reasonably matching parameters with operation, and perfecting the relative surface process. Field application and experiment indicated that use of coiled tubing for paraffin removal, scale removal and blocking removal services had the advantages of snubbing service, environmental protection and high efficiency. The process technology can effectively remove paraffin and scales from oil tubing and casing and substantially improve the operational efficiency as compared to conventional oil tubing service. In addition, it can solve some special service bottlenecks in the conventional service, such as blocking of tubing or casing leading to failure of pipe string trip-out and lack of circulation of tubing or casing making well killing job impossible. The process has changed the service pattern and helped the oilfield bring about rapid workover service.
