连续管产品制造延伸服务模式实践与认识

摘要: 为大力推进和探索服务型制造的新发展方式,促进企业转型升级,提升产品附加值,宝鸡 石油钢管公司依托集团公司连续管作业技术专项推广项目,发挥公司焊管技术优势,拓展连续管产品制 造服务业务。经过近3 年的实践,推出了连续管产品全生命周期管理服务业务,实现了由单一的产品制 造向产品延伸服务模式发展的转变,可提供产品定制设计、检测评价与环焊对接、现场维护保养标准化 等以技术服务为核心的增值业务,优化了盈利模式。通过建设区域服务中心,向用户提供维护保养、仓 储配送、现场抢修一站式便捷服务,服务时效大幅提高。指出在连续管服务型制造探索中,制造延伸服 务的核心是关键技术引领,为用户创造新价值是服务业务得以生存拓展的根基,区域服务中心与用户融 为一体,成为产品加技术服务的支撑点。

Abstract: Depending on CNPC coiled tubing service technology projects, Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipes Co Ltd takes the advantage of its welded pipe technology to expand service business for coiled tubing products in its strong efforts to promote the new development pattern of service-type manufacture, accelerate the company’s transformation and upgrading and improve the value-added products. Based on the practice for nearly three years, it released the coiled tubing product lifespan management service business and brought about transition from the single product manufacture to extended product service model. The company can provide the value-added business focusing on technological services, such as tailored product design, inspection and evaluation as well as girth butt weld, and field maintenance standardization, optimizing the profit-making model. The service efficiency has been substantially improved on the basis of establishing the regional service center and proving users with one-station convenient service, such as repair and maintenance, warehousing and distribution, and field rescue repair. This paper points out that the essence of extended service for manufacture is the leading effects of key technology so far as the service-type manufacture of coiled tubing. Creation of the new values for users is the foundation for survival and expansion of the service business. Integration of the regional service center with users becomes a foothold for the products with technological services.
