摘要: 塔里木油田库车山前地区油气资源富集, 然而库车山前的巨厚砾石层, 难以控制的高压盐水层以及坚硬 且高研磨性的超深目的层严重影响了钻井周期和钻井成本。为解决塔里木库车山前钻井提速难题, 休斯敦中心和塔里 木油田联合项目组, 以目标地层岩石可钻性和现场钻头使用情况的分析为基础, 以复合片评价、优化和钻头个性化设 计为突破口, 通过现场测试—改进—再测试, 最终形成以钻头应用技术为主的拥有自主知识产权的提速技术系列, 取 得重大技术突破, 打破了国外钻头厂商的技术垄断。

Abstract: Kuqa foothill zone of Tarim Oilfield is rich in oil and gas resources. However, the ultra-thick conglomerate layer of Kuqa zone, hard-to-control high pressure salt layer and ultra-hard and highly abrasive pay zone severely impact drilling time and cost. To solve the bottlenecks of drilling performance improvement in Kuqa foothill zone of Tarim Basin, Houston research center and Tarim Oilfield jointly launched a technological project to focus on the rock drillablity of the pay zone and analyze the drilling bits used on the field. Based on appraisal and optimization of cutter, specific design of bit and the test-modification-retest efforts on the field, a series of technologies focusing on bit application and drilling performance improvement have been developed at last with independent intellectual property rights, making a significant technological breakthrough in this area and breaking the technological monopoly of foreign drilling bit manufacturers.
