一体式油套管头井口装置

摘要: 常规的套管头、油管头和采油(气) 树换装过程不仅费时费力还存在安全隐患, 为此研制了一体式油套 管头井口装置。设计时将套管头和油管头集成为一体, 在作业过程中不需要更换井口装置和地面设施就可完成钻井、 试油、完井等作业, 减少了井口、防喷器组和节流压井管汇重新安装、试压及起下钻具或油管柱的工序。该油套管头 采用API Spec 6A 法兰连接, 具有体积小、操作方便、密封性能好、悬挂能力强等特点。塔中351H 井和岳101-95-X1 井的现场试验结果表明, 应用该装置可缩短钻井周期6d 左右, 每口井节约钻井费用100 万元以上, 井控安全风险降低 60%以上。

Abstract: Replacement of conventional tubing and casing heads as well as Christmas tree not only needs a lot of time and effort but also involves potential risks. Casing and tubing heads are designed as an integration so that drilling, oil testing and well completion can be completed in the process of services without replacement of wellhead devices and surface facilities, reducing re-installation and pressure testing of wellheads, BOP and choke manifolds and kill manifolds as well as tripping of drilling tools and pipe string. Using API Spec 6A flange, this tubing and casing head is characterized for minimum volume, convenience in operation, superior sealing capability and high hanging capacity. Field application at TZ-351H Well and Yue 101-95-X1 Well show these tubing and casing heads can shorten drilling time by about six days with the drilling expense saved by more than 1 million yuan for each well. In addition, the safety risks related well control can be reduced by more than 60 percent.
