大庆外围油田优化简化措施及方向研究

摘要: 为了降低投入、提高开发效益,针对大庆外围油田油层深、储层丰度及地层渗透率低、油品性质差、地面基建条件恶劣等不利因素,油田地面原油集输及处理工艺一直处于不断的创新、优化和摸索过程中。通过近几年生产实践,目前已针对不同特点的油田成功应用了单管环状减量掺水、单管枝状电加热集油工艺、合一设备集中处理工艺等技术工艺,这些工艺使得地面投资占开发总投资的比例下降至30%。本文对上述工艺的开发历程、应用效果及适应性范围进行了分析,并提出在油田下一步发展中的应用建议。

Abstract: To reduce investment and enhance development benefit, in view of the negative factors such as small depth of oil reservoir, low reservoir abundance and low formation permeability, poor oil products and extreme conditions of surface capital construction, oilfield surface crude oil gathering and processing technology is being innovated and optimized increasingly. Through practical production in the past few years, at present single pipe ring reduced water blending technology, single pipe branched electric heating gathering technology, and centralized processing technology with integrated equipment, and other technologies aimed at different characteristics of different oilfields have been applied successfully, which makes the proportion of surface investment to total development investment decrease to 30%. This paper analyzes the development history, application results, and range of adaptability of the technologies above, and gives some advice for further oilfield development.
