摘要: 研究了近年来国外完井技术革新与进步情况,完井技术创新主要围绕水平井开展,在i-Frac完井工具、智能完井、多级压裂完井技术方面都有新进展,特别是膨胀管技术和多级完井工艺得到不断发展并走向成熟;压裂段数倍增技术、缝网压裂技术、高速通道压裂技术等的进步使压裂呈现出平均分压段数不断增加、平均段间距不断减小、平均单段加砂量不断增加的发展趋势;正在开发的双壁同心钻杆钻井新方法、无钻机钻井方法、天然气水合物开发钻采技术、太空钻探技术、深冷压裂技术等有望使钻井技术发生新的革命。

Abstract: This article studies overseas completion technological creation in recent years, which has been focused on horizontal well. New progress has been made in i-Frac completion tool, intelligent completion and multi-stage fracturing completion technologies. Expandable tubular technology and multi-stage completion process, in particular, have been constantly developed and matured while the fracturing number multiplication technology, network fracturing technology and high-speed channel fracturing technology led to such fracturing development trends as the rise of average partition number of fractional pressure, continual decrease of average spacing and increase of average sand volume for single segment. The new method of double-wall concentric drill pipe drilling, without drill rig drilling, natural gas hydrate development drilling technology, space drilling technology and cryogenic fracturing technology are likely to trigger a new round of drilling technological revolution.
