石化行业绿氢应用前景分析

摘要: 在应对全球气候变化的严峻挑战和实现可持续发展目标的背景下,能源的绿色转型已成为国际社会的共同目标。绿氢通过可再生能源电解水产生,具有高能量密度,可减少温室气体排放,正展现出其独特的社会经济价值和潜力。随着石化行业绿色化转型纵深推进,绿氢有望实现产量和需求的快速增长,在替代炼化原料和化石燃料、生产绿氨和绿色甲醇等清洁燃料方面展现出广阔的应用前景。为了促进石化行业绿氢发展,建议制定配套支持政策以强化产业链协同发展,注重绿氢技术发展可能存在的瓶颈性问题,以部分绿氢取代灰氢。随着制氢和储氢技术的不断进步,绿氢有望助力石化行业降低能耗和减少碳排放,加速实现石化行业绿色转型。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of stern challenge posed by global climatic changes and the pursuit of sustainable developmentgoals, green transition of energy has become the common objective of the international community. Green hydrogen, produced through water electrolysis using renewable energy, demonstrates unique socio-economic value and potential due to its high energy density and capacity to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. With green transition of the petrochemical industry making progress, green hydrogen is likely to see a rapid growth in output and demand. It has a broad prospect for application in replacement of refinery raw materials and fossil fuels as well as production of clean fuels like green ammonia and green methanol. This article comes up with the suggestions on green hydrogen development of the petrochemical industry, including formulation of the related preferential policies, enhancement of industrial chain development, focusing on the possible bottlenecks existing in green hydrogen technological development, and promoting its adoption by partially replacing gray hydrogen. With advancements in hydrogen production and storage technologies, green hydrogen is poised to enable the petrochemical industry to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions, thereby accelerating its green transition.
