摘要: 四川盆地是国家战略腹地,也是油气聚宝盆,其中侏罗纪时期多期湖盆扩张纵向叠置发育多套优质烃源岩,大安寨段页灰互层源储配置良好,凉高山组页岩生烃能力强且夹层型砂岩储集性能好,河道砂体大面积分布的沙溪庙组有通源断裂且盖层优异,是致密油/页岩油勘探开发主战场。回顾总结“三次原油会战、一次原油上产工程、一次科技攻关”等四川石油勘探开发历史,提出新时代新形势下,在“两宽一高”三维地震和“水平井体积压裂”两大技术加持下,开展以非常规油为目标的“四川原油新会战”势在必行、切实可行。“新会战”需坚持“四个转变”原则,开展新一轮的原油勘探开发基础研究,形成原油生成、运移和成藏系统认识,做好四川盆地原油工作总体部署安排,以“三维地震—系统评价—钻井提速—高效压裂—长效开发”为重点进行技术攻关配套,确保达成2030 年前原油上产百万吨奋斗目标。

Abstract: Sichuan Basin serves as both a strategic national reserve and a prolific hydrocarbon resource hub. During the Jurassic period, multiple stages of lake basin expansion and vertical stacking developed several sets of high-quality source rocks. The Da’anzhai Member exhibits good favorable source-reservoir configurations with interbedded shales and limestones, and the Lianggaoshan Formation shale had strong hydrocarbon generation capacity and its interbedded shale had good oil storage performance. The Shaximiao Formation, characterized by widely distributed channel sand bodies is further supported by sourceconnected faults and high-quality cap rocks, making it the main battlefield for exploration and development of tight oil. On the basis of reviewing and summarizing the history of Sichuan crude oil exploration and development, including three crude oil battles, one crude oil production enhancement campaigns, and one tackling hard-nut technological problems, it is believed that implementing a new round of crude oil battles is imperative and feasible under the new era and new situation. The new Sichuan crude oil battle targeting unconventional oil is technically feasible with the support of two major technologies including “wideband- azimuth, high-density 3D seismic” and“ horizontal well volume fracturing”. The new battle requires the transformation from limestone to shale sandstone, from fractured to porous reservoirs, from structures to lithology, and the exploration of new exploration models that transition from source to near source. Under the principle of the above “four transformations”, we will carry out a new round of basic research on crude oil exploration and development, from an understanding of the system of crude oil generation, migration and accumulation to making overall arrangements for crude oil work in the Sichuan Basin.“ 3D seismicsystem evaluation-well drilling acceleration-high efficient hydraulic fracturing-long-term development” will be focused to carry out technical research and support, ensuring the achievement of the goal of producing one million tons of crude oil before 2030.
