我国煤岩气效益开发的对策与思考

Countermeasures and Thinking on China’s High-performance Development of Coal-rock Gas

摘要: 煤岩气规模效益开发不仅是非常规天然气关注的重大技术课题,也是极具挑战性的生产经营难题。基于国内外深层煤层气开采状况,对国内深层煤层气开发示范项目进行了系统剖析,得出效益开发技术进步是主导、管理创新是手段、政策扶持是助力的3点启示;从地质、技术、经济3个维度分析制约煤岩气效益开发的主要因素,指出煤岩气藏地质条件复杂推升开发成本、现行开采技术具有一定局限性、开采成本居高不下是效益开发面临的瓶颈难题;从技术进步、成本管控、政策扶持、管理提升、合资合作5个方面,提出实现煤岩气效益开发的16项应对策略,推动煤岩气产业可持续发展。

Abstract: Large-scale and high-efficiency development of coal-rock gas (CRG) is not only an important technological subject concerned in the unconventional natural gas area but also a challenging bottleneck for production business. Based on the deep coalbed methane production conditions both at home and abroad, this article makes a systematic analysis of the domestic CRG development demonstrative projects and draws three conclusions-high-efficiency development dominated by technological progress, management creation serving as the method and policy support acting as propelling power. From the three dimensions of geology, technology and economy, it also analyzes the main factors restricting high-efficiency CRG development, pointing out that the complicated geological conditions of CRG reservoirs lead to high development cost which is the bottleneck facing highefficiency development while the current production technology has certain limitations. Based on the five areas of technological progress, cost control, policy support, management improvement and joint venture and cooperation, the article comes up with 16 countermeasures for high-efficiency CRG development to promote sustainable CRG industrial development.
