Progress and Prospect of CCUS-EOR Technology

摘要: CCUS-EOR是国际公认的减碳途径,CO2驱油技术作为低渗透油藏提高采收率的主要技术,在世界范围内得到广泛应用。国外CCUS-EOR 产业链已较为成熟,项目以混相驱为主,配备长距离的输送管道等基础设施且有相关激励政策。我国CCUS-EOR 产业规模化发展相对较晚,目前处于矿场试验向产业化发展的关键期。室内实验方面,我国已深化认识了陆相油藏CO2驱油与埋存机理,发展了一系列实验技术;矿场试验方面,形成了驱油防腐、注采、地面等相关工艺,取得了较好的矿场增油效果;产业发展方面,国家出台了“1+N”等相关政策,促进了CCUS/CCS产业快速发展。我国下一步亟须构建CCUS-EOR全产业链理论技术标准体系,加快研发和推广大规模低成本低浓度CO2捕集技术、超临界CO2长距离管输技术、大规模大幅度CO2提高采收率技术和CO2埋存地质体长期规模完整性技术等。

Abstract: CCUS-EOR is an internationally-accepted way for reduction of carbon emission. CO2 oil-flooding technology is the main EOR technique for low-permeability oil reservoirs and widely used worldwide. The CCUR-EOR industrial chain is relatively mature abroad. The projects mainly adopted the miscible flooding process with the infrastructure of long-distance transmission pipelines and the help of the relative incentive policies. China is comparatively late for its CCUR-EOR industrial development and currently under the critical stage from on-the-field experiment to industrialization. As for indoor experiment, China has made an in-depth study of the CCUS/CCS mechanisms for continental reservoirs and developed a series of experimental technology. As for on-the-field experiment, the relative processes were developed in connection to oil flooding and anti-corrosion, injection and production as well as surface engineering. As for industrial development, the state has formulated the “1+N” to promote the CCUS/CCS industrial development. China should establish the theoretical and technological indexes system of the full CCUS/CCS industrial chain and accelerate research and development of the cost-effective capture technology of low-concentration CO2, the supercritical long-distance CO2 piped transmission technology, the technology able to improve CO2 EOR significantly and on a large scale, and the technology to keep the integrity of CO2 buried geological bodies on a long-term and large-scale basis.
