摘要: 根据油气长输管道钢质管材应用的实际情况,国内外管道界都注意到非金属复合管(钢塑复合管、铝塑复合管、玻璃钢、热塑性复合管、复合增强钢管等)的应用前景,并致力于非金属复合管新产品的开发。在分析钢质管材应用利弊的基础上,重点介绍了热塑性复合管(RTP)、复合增强钢管的性能、应用领域,阐释了复合管应用于油气长输管道的可行性以及推广应用所必须解决的诸如标准、寿命、原材料供应、检测、连接与运输等问题。指出国内管道界要在积极跟踪、引进、吸收国外先进技术的同时,充分发挥创造力,早日攻克复合长输管道工业性应用难题。

Abstract: To highlight the actual conditions of steel tubular used in long-distance oil and gas pipelines, the Chinese and foreign pipe industries attached importance to the prospect for application of non-metal composite pipes (such as steel-plastic composite pipe, aluminum-plastic composite pipe, glass reinforced plastic pipe, thermoplastic composite pipe and composite reinforced steel pipe), focusing on development of such new products as non-metal composite pipes. This paper makes analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of steel tubular application and briefs about the functions and application of thermoplastic composite pipe (RTP) and composite reinforced steel pipe. It also elaborates the feasibility on application of composite pipe for long-distance oil and gas pipelines as well as the issues to be solved, such as standards, service life span, raw material supply, inspection, linkage and transportation. It is pointed out that the domestic pipe industry should make full use of creativity and settle the bottleneck for industrial application of composite pipes for long-distance pipelines, while tracing, importing and absorbing the latest foreign technology.
