压裂远程监测及决策支持系统研究与开发

Development of Fracture Remote Monitoring and Decision-Making Support System

摘要: 一口井的压裂施工通常都是由专业人员在现场进行技术指导的,但在大规模作业的情况下,技术专家往往无法亲临每口井的施工现场。为使专家能够实时掌握更多井的施工进展情况,并发送决策指令,提出了建立长庆油田压裂远程监测及决策支持系统的设想。文章介绍了压裂远程监测及决策支持系统的总体设计思路,详细论述了该系统的具体实现方法,包括现场采集传输客户端、压裂曲线的远程展示、压裂裂缝的三维展示和压裂实时对比分析。该系统在长庆油田进行了19口井压裂远程监测传输试验,成功传回15口井压裂曲线数据和1口井的裂缝监测数据,实现了专家对压裂过程的同步远程实时监测和决策支持。该系统可在长庆油田进行规模化应用,对其他油田也有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract: Generally speaking, fracturing operation of one well is technologically guided by professionals on the field. However, technological experts cannot personally go to the operational site of each well in the event of large-scale fracturing operation. To keep experts informed of service operation of more wells in time and giving instructions, it is proposed to establish fracture remote-monitoring and decision-making support system for Changqing Oilfield. This article makes briefings about general design of fracture remote-monitoring and decision making support system and elaborates the concrete operational methods for this system, including customer terminal for field acquisition and transmission, remote-display of fracturing curve, 3D display of fractured seams and comparison and analysis of real-time fracturing. This system was tested for fracturing remote monitoring and transmission at 19 wells in Changqing Oilfield and successfully sent back fracturing curve data of 15 wells and fracture monitoring data of one well, thus helping experts make remote-monitoring of fracturing operation and offer decision-making support. This system can be applied on a large scale in Changqing Oilfield. The experience can be borrowed by otheroilfields.
