摘要： 气举阀是控制气举井注气量和注气压力的核心工具,广泛应用于气举采油领域。中国石油吐哈油田公司工程技术研究院自主研发的可投捞式气举阀,通过钢丝投捞作业可从偏心工作筒内投入或捞出,克服了现有气举井更换气举阀必须起下管柱的缺点,在不动管柱的情况下实现气举井产能调配和故障排除。由于该项技术无需起出管柱,所以缩短了作业时间,避免了作业液对地层造成伤害。该工具结构简单,阀孔尺寸丰富,性能可靠,加工成本低,具有抗H2S和CO2腐蚀的特点,在国内外具有明显的竞争优势。

Abstract: Retrievable gas lift valves for gas lift production are normally used for unloading pressure and controlling gas injection rate in gas lift wells. The retrievable gas lift valve developed by the Engineering Technology Research Institute of PetroChina Tuha Oilfield Company independently for gas lift production running, pulling, troubleshooting and production adjustment could be done by wireline operation without pulling tubing string. Therefore, the operation time was shortened and stratigraphic damage from well liquid could be prevented. With simple structure and rich orifice size, reliable performance and low cost, the valves could be applied to oil wells with corrosion media such as H2S and CO2. Their obvious advantage in competition has been shown in oilfields at home and abroad.
