摘要： 在定向井、大斜度井、水平井等特殊工艺井施工中,为优化井身质量,不同井段的造斜率可能会有所不同,常规的弯螺杆钻具弯角是固定的,欲满足不同造斜率的要求,就得配备多种钻具。为减少弯螺杆钻具的配备数量,开发了可调整弯度的螺杆钻具。该钻具在减少工具储备量、降低钻井成本等方面起到了较为有效的作用,技术水平国内领先。

Abstract: In order to optimize the quality of wellbore, build-up rates may be different in different well sections among directional wells, highly-deviated wells, horizontal wells and other special-technique wells. The regular bent positive displacement motor has fixed angle, thus it is necessary to develop adjustable angle positive displacement motor so as to decrease the quantity of bent positive displacement motor. The newly developed positive displacement motor plays an important role in decreasing the quantity of tools and reducing drilling cost. And the technique used has achieved the advanced level in China.
