摘要: 为了防止丛式钻井碰撞事故的发生,设计了丛式钻井防碰监测及预警系统。系统利用振动波在地层中的传播规律和特点,研发出根据振动信号的变化来预测钻头是否趋近或碰撞风险邻井的办法,并开发出相应的软、硬件设备。在渤海油田的现场应用证明,浅层钻井防碰监测及预警效果良好,可有效提高丛式井钻井效率。

Abstract: To avoid collision accident of group drilling, the group drilling anti-collision monitoring and alert system is designed. According to the propagation rule and characteristics of vibration wave in the formation and the change of vibration signal, the system could predict whether the bit approaches the offset well or not, corresponding software and hardware equipment is developed. Through the application in Bohai Oilfield, it proves that shallow drilling anticollision monitoring and alert is attended with good results. It is shown that the technology could improve cluster drilling effectively.
