渤海稠油油藏出砂冷采工作制度优化模拟实验研究

摘要: 为了确定稠油出砂冷采过程中生产压差、油水产量、出砂速度及出砂量的变化关系,以渤海埕北油田地层砂样及原油做成模型,在室内进行了稠油出砂冷采模拟实验。分别在压力变化条件下和恒压条件下驱替油水进入岩心,模拟完全产油和油水同产时,生产压差、油水产量、出砂量的变化关系,测量稠油启动压力。实验结论对稠油出砂冷采工作制度的制定及优化具有一定指导意义。

Abstract: In order to determine the correlation of drawdown pressure, oil and water production, sand production speed, and sand production rate during the process of heavy oil cold production, taking the sand sample and crude oil in the formation of Chengbei Oilfield, Bohai Sea as an object of study, cold heavy oil production is simulated in the lab. Oil and water is flooded into core when the pressure changes or under constant pressure, the correlation of drawdown pressure, oil and water production and sand production rate is simulated under absolute oil production and oil-water production, the threshold pressure of heavy oil is measured. Experimental results could be good reference for production optimizing in the process of CHOP.
