摘要: 储能是能源转型的关键技术,北美、欧洲各国为了促进储能产业的可持续发展,制订并实施了许多鼓励性政策和补贴。中国储能领域的技术、市场、政策、立法、标准、监管等产业基本要素尚不成熟,如何促进国内储能产业可持续发展值得深入思考。在未来能源格局中,储能产品与服务将全面覆盖交通、建筑和工业三大用能领域,电化学储能技术将成为主流储能技术,综合能源服务与智慧能源技术将成为未来能源企业的基本配置,与储能相结合的电力将取代传统能源成为新时代最重要的国际贸易商品之一。目前,储能产业集中度不高,基础与核心技术研发投入不足,大型能源企业需要做好前瞻布局,把握产业全局、引领市场方向,注重储能技术储备,适时开发超大规模化学储能技术,承担起可再生能源时代能源安全保障任务。

Abstract: Energy-storing is the key technology for energy transition. North America and European countries have formulated and implemented many encouraging and subsidy policies to promote sustainable energy-storing industrial development. The basic elements of China’s energy-storing industry are still immature, such as technology, market, policy, legislation, standards, and supervision. How to promote sustainable development of China’s energy-storing industry is a thought-provoking issue. In the future energy situation, energy-storing products and services will fully cover three main energy-consuming areas -- communications, building and industry. Electrochemical energy-storing technology will become the main technology in this area. The future energy enterprises will be based on comprehensive energy services and intelligent energy technology. Electric power based on energy storage will replace traditional energy and become one of the most important international trade commodities in the new era. Currently, the concentration of energy-storing industry is not high enough with inadequate investment for research and development of basic and key technology. The large-scale energy enterprises should prepare themselves with farsightedness, getting insight into the whole industry and guiding the orientation of the market. They should also pay attention to energy-storing technology stockpiles, develop the super large-scale chemical energy-storing technology in time, and shoulder the task of energy security in the renewable energy era.
