连续管水射流钻径向井技术先导试验与推广建议

摘要: 青海油田为更好地认识薄互层等特殊储层、解决老油区稳产问题,率先在国内开展了用常规连续管实施 水射流钻径向井技术的先导试验,拓展连续管技术的应用领域,探索实现低成本增产的新方法。在地面实施的射流可 钻性物模试验中,用3 种有代表性的钻进喷嘴和射流参数对岩心试件进行对比试验,评估了3 个典型区块的地层适应性, 优化了工艺参数。在现场分两个阶段,应用随钻校深与相对方位定向技术、稳定钻压与防卡防落鱼技术、喷射钻进技 术等关键技术与配套工具,完成了7 口井40 个径向分支井的钻进,取得突破性进展,工艺成功率高,单孔最大钻深达 到35.8m,增产增注效果显著。连续管水射流钻径向井技术可作为一种连续管储层改造与增产作业新技术,在国内油 田进一步推广应用。

Abstract: To better understand the special reservoirs like thin inter-layers and keep the production stable in the old oil areas, Qinghai Oilfield led the country in making pilot experiment of coiled tubing spraying flow radial drilling technology in an attempt to expand application area of coiled tubing technology and seek new methods for cost-effective increase of production. In the physical simulation of spraying jet drill ability on the surface, three typical drilling nozzles and spraying jet parameters of tested cores were brought under experiment for comparison. Three typical blocks were evaluated for their formation adaptability with the process parameters optimized. The field application was divided into two stages using a series of key technologies and relative equipment, such as depth correction while drilling and relative azimuth orientation technology, drilling pressure stabilizing and stuck prevention technology as well as jet drilling technique. A total of seven wells with 40 radial branches were completed for drilling, a breakthrough in this area and a high success rate of process. With a maximum drilled depth of 35.8 meters for a single hole, incremental production and injection were remarkable. Coiled tubing spraying flow radial drilling technology can be put into wide application in domestic oilfields as a new technology for reservoir transformation and increase of production.
