摘要： 针对石化企业如何加快新技术推广应用的问题，通过对石化企业技术特点和石化工程项目进行分析，以中 国石油华北石化公司项目建设为例，指出应充分利用企业改扩建、生产装置技措改造、大检修、间断生产等时机推广应 用新技术。在项目建设过程中采用先进技术有利于石化企业技术升级、新产品开发、节能减排，促进企业高效、持续、 协调发展，这种依托项目建设推广应用新技术的办法，可操作性强，具有一定的普遍意义。

Abstract: Focusing on how petrochemical enterprises accelerate application and extension of new technology, this paper analyzes the technological characteristics of petrochemical enterprises and petrochemical engineering projects. Taking the projects of PetroChina Huabei Petrochemical Company for instance, it points out that enterprises should promote application of new technology on the basis of the construction of various projects, such as expansion projects, technological renovation of production facilities, overhaul projects and production interruption periods. Application of latest technology in the process of various project construction can help petrochemical enterprises upgrade their technology, develop new products, save energy for less emission, and bring about high-efficiency and sustainable, coordinated development. It is highly applicable and of great significance to extend new technology on the basis of the construction of various projects.
