摘要: 含油污泥的处理问题目前已经成为制约石油企业持续提高环境质量和可持续发展的一大难题。"预浓缩-絮凝-离心脱水-无害化工艺"处理炼化"三泥"技术,是将"三泥"浓缩成泥饼直接输送到超热蒸汽喷射处理装置进行无害化处理的一种创新技术。经现场应用证明,该技术可回收含油污泥中的石油资源,且实现了"三泥"的零排放,经济效益和环境效益显著。

Abstract: Now oily sludge treatment has been a big problem for oil enterprises to improve environmental quality and realize sustainable development. This paper brings up the "preconcentrating-flocculating-centrifugal dewatering-innocent treatment process", which is an innovative and economic way for oil sludge treatment. It is to deliver condensed mud to superheated vapor spraying equipment for innocent treatment. Field application shows that the technology could recycle oil resources from oily sludge, realize zero emission, and thus achieve significant economic and environmental benefits.
