摘要: 在“双碳”战略与能源保供双重目标驱动下,我国油气行业面临绿色低碳转型的紧迫需求。作为高耗能、高排放的能源生产主体,油气行业亟须破解“增产提效”与“减排降碳”的结构性矛盾。以新疆油田为研究对象,系统剖析油气生产绿色转型过程中稳定用能与新能源波动、供热成本与替代技术经济性、新能源消纳与电网调峰、负荷特性与储能性能、协同优化与调控能力五大“不匹配”核心挑战。为此,新疆油田创新构建“源网荷储智”智慧能源生态新范式,通过电源近稳化、电网协同化、负荷柔性化、储能多元化、调控智慧化“五化”路径破解瓶颈。实践表明,新范式有效解决了油气与新能源适配性瓶颈,提升了系统新能源渗透率与运行韧性,为油田实现低碳转型、保障国家能源安全与推进“双碳”目标协同发展提供了可复制的技术路径与实践范式。

Abstract: Driven by the goals of the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy and energy security, China’s oil and gas industry faced the urgent demand for green low-carbon transition. As the energy production backbone, the oil and gas industry,which is high both in energy consumption and carbon emission, should solve the structural contradiction between “increase of production and efficiency” and “reduction of carbon emission”. Taking Xinjiang Oilfield as the research target, this article systematically analyzes the five main challenges of “incompatibility” in the process of green oil and gas production transition,namely stability of energy utilization and fluctuation of new energy, heat supply cost and economic performance of substitute technology, consumption and absorption of new energy and peak adjustment of power grid, load characteristics and energy storage functions, and synergistic optimization and regulation capacity.Therefore, Xinjiang Oilfield innovated and constructed a new model of smart energy ecosystem based on “source, grid, load, storage and intelligence.” The oilfield has taken five measures to solve the bottlenecks, such as proximity and stability of power source, synergy of power grid, load flexibility,diversification of energy storage, and regulatory intelligence. The practice shows that the new model has effectively solved the bottleneck for compatibility between oil and gas and new energy and improved new energy permeability and operational flexibility of the system. It provided the replicable technological roadway and practice modal for the oilfields to bring about lowcarbon transition, secure the national energy supply and promote synergistic development of the Carbon Peak and Carbon Neutrality goals.
