Abstract: Used extensively in various sectors, comprehensive assessment is gradually developed into a mature assessment system. However, these methods are commonly featured for complicated calculation. It is proposed to establish a target differential degree method for the purpose to solve the comprehensive assessment issues of oilfield development projects. The basic principle of this method is to design an optimum target and then calculate the differential degree between the appraised target and the optimum target. The smaller the differential degree is, the better the appraised target is. The calculation case of oilfield development project shows that this method is clear in its theoretical basis, simple and workable for calculation as well as scientific, reliable and applicable as a new effective method for comprehensive assessment.

摘要: 综合评价已广泛应用于各个领域,逐渐形成较成熟完善的评价体系,但这些方法有一个共同的特点就是计算繁杂。为了解决油田开发项目的综合评价问题,提出一种目标差异程度法,其基本思想是设立一个最佳目标,以计算评价对象与最佳目标的差异程度来论短长,差异程度越小越好。通过对油田开发项目的实例计算表明,该方法理论依据明了,计算简便易行,是一种行之有效综合评价新方法,科学、可靠、适用。
