大型油气田企业智能化科技情报系统工作模式创新及建设路径探讨

摘要: 科技情报工作的系统性改革与推进智能化建设是大型油气田企业驱动科技创新、培育新质生产力的重要举措。针对大数据时代科技情报工作的范式转变与现实困境,新疆油田基于对主动服务模式、人工智能赋能及协同共享的新需求,亟须通过变革工作模式、创新信息渠道、强化智能技术应用、搭建情报大数据平台等举措,重构油田情报工作体系。鉴于油气行业知识体系复杂、依赖专家经验且智能化需求攀升的特点,研究提出构建融合专家经验与大数据、人工智能等技术的“智慧化+智能化”工作模式,将传统系统升级为具备战略决策辅助、科研攻关支撑及协同创新促进三级定位的智能化科技情报系统。以勘探开发知识共享平台为切入点,分阶段推进,重点建设多维情报收集体系、分布式协同化科技情报平台、专家智库平台,同时加强情报智能化分析、优化情报产品、完善呈报体系。科技情报系统智能化转型将为油田科技创新与战略决策提供有力支撑。

Abstract: Systematic reform of and intelligent construction of sci-tech information work were the important measures for largescale oil and gas field enterprises to push ahead scientific and technological innovation and develop new-quality productivity. In response to the paradigm shift in sci-tech information in the big data era and the current difficulties and based on the new demand for active service model, AI empowerment and synergy sharing, Xinjiang Oilfield should reconstruct the oilfield information system through a series of measures, such as reform of work model, innovation of information channels, enhanced application of AI technology and establishment of big data platform for information. Focusing on complexity of the oil and gas industrial knowledge system, dependency on experts’ experience and the climbing demand for intelligence, the study proposes to construct the “wisdom+intelligence” work model which combines the experts’ experience with the big data and AI technology, thus modernizing the traditional system into the intelligent sci-tech information system positioned as supporting strategic decision-making and technological research as well as synergistic innovation. The oil and gas field enterprises should highlight the exploration and development knowledge sharing platform and concentrate efforts on construction of the multidimensional information-collecting system, the distributed synergistic sci-tech information platform, and the experts-based think tank platform in different stages. Meanwhile, it is necessary to enhance intelligent analysis of information, optimize information products and perfect the submission system. Intelligent transformation of the sci-tech information system will provide powerful support for the oilfields in the sci-tech innovation and strategic decision-making areas.
