摘要: 企业软科学作为支撑战略决策、管理创新的关键理论工具,其体系化建设已成为企业提升核心竞争力的重要抓手。文章聚焦企业软科学的内涵及体系化建设,突破单一维度研究范式,从学科、学术、成果、话语4个体系维度展开深入探讨,在阐述各体系内涵、特点及相互耦合关系的基础上,结合专业研究机构和科技型企业的战略规划、管理创新等实践案例,具体分析“四大体系”协同建设在优化决策流程、降低运营风险、激发创新活力等方面的作用与成效,旨在为企业软科学研究提供兼具系统性、科学性的建设思路与可操作的实践指导,进而推动企业软科学研究水平的整体提升与可持续创新发展。

Abstract: Corporate soft science is a key theoretical tool for making strategic decisions and managerial innovation. Construction of this system has become an important link to improve the company’s core competitiveness. This article focuses on connotations of corporate soft science and construction of the system without being limited to the traditional single-dimensional research paradigm. It makes an in-depth study of this area from four interconnected dimensions--disciplines, academics,achievements and discourse. Based on elaboration of connotations and characteristics of those systems and their coupling relations and combined with the strategic plans and managerial innovation cases of specialized research institutions and innovation-type enterprises, the article concretely analyzes the effects and performance in optimizing decision-making process,reduction of operational risks and stimulation of innovation motivation thanks to synergistic construction of the “four main system.” The purpose is to provide the systematic and scientific construction mindset and applicable practice instructions for corporate soft science research, thus further improving the level of corporate soft science research and promoting sustainable innovation-based development.
