摘要: “十三五”以来,面对新探明储量劣质化加剧与油气稳产上产之间的矛盾,长庆油田大力实施创新驱动发展战略,坚持问题导向,优化顶层设计,注重融合创新,加快成果转化,持续推动高水平科技自立自强,充分释放和激发科技创新潜能和动力,取得了一系列实用、高效的创新成果,培养了一支能力强、勇担当的创新队伍。“十三五”期间,勘探领域形成五大原创性理论认识,规模储量发现能力及油气田开发水平持续提升,创建“大井丛、立体式、工厂化”开发模式,低品位资源实现规模效益开发。荣获省部级科技奖励89项,授权专利1535件,纳米聚合物微球等11项产品被评为中国石油自主创新重要产品,DMS可溶球座被评为中国石油工程技术利器,建成页岩油、二氧化碳驱等国家科技重大专项示范区,83000余口油气水井数字化全覆盖,2400余座中小型场站实现无人值守,为年产油气当量突破6000×104t提供了有力支撑。

Abstract: The contradiction between deterioration of the newly proven reserves and the pressure to keep the oil and gas production stable has been intensified during the 13th Five-year Plan period. Facing this situation, PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company has spared no efforts to pursue the innovation-driven development strategy, adhered to the problem-guided principle, optimized design at the top level, focused on integration of innovations, accelerated transformation of achievements and continually raised its independence in the high technology area, fully releasing the potential and dynamic power for technological innovation. As a result, Changqing Oilfield has made a series of new achievements in applicable and effective innovation and allowed its staff members capable for innovation. With the five main theories developed in the exploration area during the 13th Five-year Plan period, the ability for discovery of large-scale reserves and the oil and gas field development level have been continually improved to create the development model of “large well cluster, stereometric formula and industrialization”, bringing the low-graded reserves under large-scale and economic development. The oilfield acquired 89 items of technological prizes at the provincial and ministerial levels and 1535 items of patents. A total of 11 products including nano polymer microspheres were appraised as CNPC’s key products of independent innovation. DMS soluble ball socket was taken as CNPC’s important tool of engineering technology. Meanwhile, Changqing constructed some demonstration zones of the country’s important specialized technology, such as the shale oil zone and carbon dioxide flooding zone. More than 8300 oil, gas and water wells were digitalized while more than 2400 medium-size and small stations were unattended, providing a powerful support for the oilfield to top its annual 6000×104t of oil and gas equivalent.
