Focus on Quality and Cost-effectiveness and Increase Digital Empowerment for Establishment of High-efficiency Wellbore Engineering Service System

摘要: 近年来中国石油集团把“数字化转型、智能化发展”作为转变发展方式、推进公司治理体系和治理能力现代化的重大战略举措。中国石油集团川庆钻探工程有限公司积极应对油服行业发展挑战,将“技术立企、成本领先、数字赋能”作为今后一个时期推动公司高质量发展的战略部署。公司制订了企业数字化转型总体规划,实施数字化转型主要推进路线,开展数字技术驱动管理变革。采用“数据+平台+应用”建设模式,建成了工程技术大数据和专家知识库、工程技术一体化信息平台、经营决策支持平台,构建智能化技术支撑模式,打造高效井筒工程技术作业体系。在德探1井试点现场配备11大类500余个传感器,汇集600余项实时数据,采集量较过去成倍提高,自动采集水平明显提升,基本实现现场作业工况全面感知,有力支撑了高效勘探效益开发,推动公司加快向“智慧钻探”迈进。

Abstract: China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) has regarded “digitalized transformation and intelligent development” as an important strategic measure to modernize its governance system and capability in recent years. Making active response to the challenge from oilfield service industrial development, CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co. Ltd. will pursue the “technology-based, cost-focusing and digital empowered” strategy to accelerate the company’s high-quality development in the years to come. The company formulated the general digitalized transformation plan, carried out the guideline for acceleration of digitalized transformation and adopted digital technology to drive management reform. It used the “data + platform + application” construction model to establish the big engineering technological data and experts thinktank, the integrated engineering technological information platform and the support platform for making business decisions. The company also created the intelligent technology-based model and the high-efficiency wellbore engineering technological service system. The trial worksite of Detan-1 Well was equipped with more than 500 sensors of the 11 categories, collecting more than 600 items of real-time data. Acquisition was multiplied as compared to the previous amount while automation of acquisition was apparently improved, basically sensing all the conditions of the on-the-field service. Those measures effectively improved performance of exploration and set the company on the “intelligent drilling” track.
