摘要： 为实现大口径高压油气管道建设用绝缘接头国产化,中油管道机械制造有限责任公司采用有限元分析设计方法,自主研发了JYJT-U型整体式绝缘接头。该产品为U型自紧密封整体式结构,使用安全、可靠、免维护,总体技术达到国内领先、国际先进水平。文章介绍了产品的作用与用途、结构和性能指标、现场测试与试验结构,该系列产品已应用于国内多个油气管道工程,成功打破了国外对该领域的垄断。

Abstract: To localize insulating joint for construction of large-diameter and high-pressure oil and gas pipelines, China Petroleum Pipeline Machinery Manufacture Co Ltd adopted the limited element analysis design method and independently developed JYJT-U monolithic insulating joint, which has a U-shaped self-tightening sealed monolithic structure and is safe and reliable in use as well as free from maintenance. This technology is a domestic leader and reaches the international advanced level. This article briefs about the functions and usages of the product and its structure, functional indexes, on-the-field inspection and tested structure. This series of products has been used in a number of oil and gas pipeline projects in China, successfully breaking the foreign monopoly in this sector.
