摘要： 为满足西气东输二线及其他重点工程建设用高钢级、大口径三通产品的需求,特进行了"X80钢级DN1200mm等径异径三通"的研发,文章重点介绍了这一新产品的性能参数以及对其理化性能、成型工艺及性能测试进行的研究情况。中国石油集团渤海石油装备制造有限公司巨龙钢管公司通过产品的研制,在技术、工艺、设备等各方面完全具备批量生产X80钢级、φ1219mm三通的能力,使我国管件行业制造水平实现了历史性飞跃。

Abstract: Research and development of "X80 DN1200mm Equal/Reducing Tee" is carried out in order to meet the demand for high-grade and large-diameter tee-joints from the Second West-East Pipeline Project and other key ones. Property parameters of the new product are described specially in this paper; its physical properties, forming process and performance testing are also studied therein. Through successful research and development of this product, Julong Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. has been fully equipped with the competence in technique, process and equipment for mass production of X80 φ1219mm tees, and thus achieved a historical leap in pipe fittings manufacturing in China.
