摘要: 2010年4月,BP公司墨西哥湾深水地平线钻井平台发生的爆炸事故震惊了整个世界。BP公司及美国政府都成立了调查组,对这起事故进行深入细致的调查。美国的调查委员会递交总统的"深水钻井墨西哥湾漏油事故和海洋钻井的未来"国家调查报告等一系列调查分析资料表明,"一系列特殊而又可避免的人为及工程失误是灾难发生的直接原因,而政府当时的监管是‘失效'的"。我国一些部门、院校、主流媒体对这场灾难进行了跟踪报道研究,文章仅从固井方面来研究分析发生井喷漏油的原因、固井设计及施工中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了对复杂深井固井作业的启示。

Abstract: Deepwater horizon spill in Mexico Gulf in April 2010 shook the world. BP and U.S. Government set up a group to investigate the accident thoroughly and meticulously. The national investigation report about "Deepwater Horizon Spill in Mexico Gulf and the Future of Offshore Drilling" and other investigation data submitted to U.S. President by U.S. National Committee show that the direct cause of the disaster is a series of special but avoidable human and engineering errors, and government supervision at that time was "invalid". Some Chinese departments, universities, and mainstream media have reported the disaster. This paper analyzes the cause of blowout and spill, cementing design and problems in operation in the aspect of cementing, and on this basis gives some inspirations to complex deep well cementing.
