摘要: FDS-1催化剂是中国石油天然气集团公司催化重点实验室在深入研究和理解柴油中有机硫化物的吸附和反应机理,以及Ni、Co、Mo和W硫化物催化作用机理基础上开发的新一代柴油加氢处理催化剂。该催化剂是针对劣质柴油深度加氢脱硫、脱氮和脱芳满足国Ⅳ标准柴油生产要求研制开发的,它综合运用了载体均匀分散复合技术、催化活性中心适度堆积均分散技术和催化剂表面酸性的调变技术,使其具有高脱硫活性的同时,还具有良好的脱氮和脱芳性能。FDS-1柴油加氢催化剂技术具有良好的催化性能和体积性价比,可为我国炼油企业劣质柴油低成本质量升级技术提供技术支撑。

Abstract: FDS-1 catalyst is a new generation of diesel hydrogenation catalyst developed by CNPC Key Laboratory of Catalysis, on the basis ofcomprehensive study and revealing for the adsorption and reaction mechanisms of organic sulfur compounds in the diesel, and the catalytic mechanism of Ni,Co, Mo, W sulfides. FDS-1 catalyst is designed and developed for deep hydrodesulfurization, denitrogenation and dearomatization of poor diesel to meet therequirement for the production of China IV clean diesel. The manufacture of FDS-1 comprehensively applies three techniques such as the uniform dispersionof composite support, the uniform dispersion and moderate staking of active nanoparticles, and the modification of acidic sites, resulting in its high activitiesfor hydrodesulfurization, denitrogenation and dearomatization of poor diesel. FDS-1 hydrotreating catalyst of diesel possesses excellent catalytic and costperformance, therefore, providing technological support for upgrading of poor diesel in oil refineries of China.
