摘要： HSE管理体系是一种先进的系统化、规范化、制度化的科学管理工具,文章从HSE管理体系策划及其与企业管理的融合和监督机制的建立等三个关键环节出发,结合华北油田HSE管理体系的建设和运行实际,对HSE管理体系在油田企业的科学规范运行和持续改进进行了探讨。

关键词: HSE, 体系策划, 审核监督

Abstract: HSE management system is a new systematic, standardized, and institutionalized tool for scientific management. This paper begins with three key links of the system such as system planning and its integration with business management as well as the establishment of supervision mechanism, combined with its establishment and operation of in Huabei Oilfield, discusses its scientific and standard operation and continuous improvement in oilfield companies.
