聚合物过孔能力与油层匹配关系研究

摘要: 聚合物驱是大庆油田主导三次采油技术之一。为了保证污水稀释条件下驱替黏度,现场使用了相对分子质量高达2500万、聚合物浓度达到2000mg/L甚至更高的聚合物溶液,虽然在一些区块取得了较好的开发效果,但是注入困难、聚合物用量高等一系列问题也随之出现。近年来开展的聚合物与油层条件匹配性研究多局限于聚合物相对分子质量与油层渗透率的配伍性方面,所得结论不足以解释现场遇到的难题。本研究即在地层压力条件下,利用微孔滤膜装置模拟油层喉道大小,通过测试不同参数聚合物溶液的过孔能力,确定聚合物溶液的水动力学尺寸,在聚合物驱油技术的方案编制和动态调整中,可与不同油层压汞曲线测出的喉道半径进行匹配,绘制注入参数与油层条件配伍关系模板,实现了聚合物注入能力评价标准的统一。

Abstract: Polymer-flooding is one of the tertiary oil production technology dominated by Daqing Oilfield. To ensure the flooding viscosity under the condition of diluted sewage, the polymer solution with a concentration of 2000mg/L or even a higher concentration was used on the field. Although good development results were achieved on some blocks, a series of problems propped up, such as difficult injection and high consumption of polymer. The study of the polymer compatibility with oil reservoir made in recent years are basically focused on the compatibility between the relative molecular quality of polymer and the permeability of oil reservoir so that the conclusion from the study is inadequate to explain the on-the-field problems. This study uses micro pore filtration unit to simulate the size of oil formation throats under the condition of formation pressure and tests the through-pore abilities of polymer solutions with different parameters. Then the hydraulic dynamic size of polymer solution is determined in the polymer-flooding technology plan and dynamic adjustment to match the throat radius, which are found from mercury intrusion curves of different oil formations and formulate the injection parameters and the model plate for compatibility with oil reservoir, bringing about a unified standard for appraisal of polymer injection capability.
