摘要: 随钻环空压力测量系统能够提供实时的井底压力数据, 帮助提高井底压力控制精度, 防止井下复杂, 提 高钻井时效。自主研制的DRPWD 随钻环空压力测量系统能够在钻井过程中实时测量井底压力、温度、地层自然伽马和 定向参数, 并以钻井液脉冲的方式实时上传至地面, 为钻井工程师提供决策依据。该系统拥有两种尺寸规格产品, 现 场应用近20 井次, 取得了良好的应用效果, 在控压钻井和欠平衡钻井作业中具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract: The annulus pressure while drilling (PWD) system may provide real-time annulus pressure data to improve management of downhole pressure, prevent downhole complexities and increase drilling efficiency. The DRPWD system developed independently by CNPC Drilling Research Institute can provide real-time annulus pressure data, temperature, natural gamma and directional parameters at the time of drilling. The data is real-time conveyed to the surface in the form of mud pulse, providing engineers with the decision-making data. With two size specifications, this system has been tested for nearly 20 wells, achieving good application results. It has a broad application prospect for pressure-managing drilling and under-balance drilling services.
