摘要: 针对高含蜡原油开采过程中的结蜡问题,尤其对于温度较低的滩海地区生产难题,合成特殊结构的降凝剂,与多种表面活性剂复配,研制出性能优异的KYGX高凝原油改性剂。将原油降凝防蜡、水膜防蜡、乳化分散防蜡等多种作用机理有机结合,同时具有降凝、降黏、防蜡等效果。在大港的滩海油田及长芦油田的低、中、高等不同含水油井使用,均取得稳产、增产、延长清蜡作业周期的良好效果,对不同含水、不同物性原油的降凝幅度达7~16℃,降黏率达78.7%~94.2%,防蜡率平均为94.4%,单井清蜡周期可延长3~10倍。与国外同类产品相比,具有防蜡效果好、适应范围广的优点,特别适合温度较低地区及滩海油田高凝原油的开发。

Abstract: KYGX high pour-point oil modifying agent is developed to solve the problem of wax deposit in production of high waxy crude oil, a bottleneck for production particularly in the beach area under low temperature. A specially-structured pour-point inhibitor is synthesized, which is then compounded with a variety of surfactants. The modifying agent combines a variety of mechanisms, such as pour-point depressant wax removal, water film wax removal and emulsified dispersion wax removal. It has good effects on pour-point depression, reduction of viscosity and wax removal. The modifying agent was helpful to keep production stable and extend the wax removal period when it was used for different water-cut wells at beach oilfield and Changlu Oilfield in Dagang. The pour-point depression rate is 7-16°C, the viscosity-reducing rate 78.7 percent to 94.2 percent and the wax removal rate 94.4 percent on average. The single-well wax removal period can be extended three to ten times. As compared to its foreign counterparts, KYGX high pour-point modifying agent has a number of advantages, such as good effects on preventing wax deposit and a wide range of application. It is extremely suitable for development of high pour-point crude oil at beach oilfields and in the areas under low temperature.
