摘要: 为了提高油气生产与日常运营效率,自主创新研发的井控综合测控柜,通过远程数据测控单位RTU和远程数据扩展单元RTM模块进行数据采集等工作,实现对现场信号、工业设备的监测和控制。包括数据采集测控柜和采集变频一体化测控柜两种,介绍了系统功能和性能指标。系统应用后明显减少生产现场巡检次数,节约用工人数,提升了劳动生产率,适合油气田采油、采气日常管理。其核心硬件价格仅为国际同类产品的1/3,对应软件部分自主开发,可根据用户需求进行个性化更新。

Abstract: Well integrated monitoring and control cabinet is independently developed to improve oil and gas production efficiency. The data are collected by means of the self-developed RTU and RMT modules to monitor and remote control the field signals of industrial equipment. This system includes data acquisition cabinet and acquisition and variable frequency integration cabinet. This paper introduces the functions and indexes of the system. Application of the system has reduced inspection times of production sites, saving onsite manpower and improving productivity. It is suitable for daily management of oil and gas production at oil and gas fields. The price of the core hardware is only one third of its foreign counterpart. The corresponding software is independently developed according to the demand of users.
