摘要: 钻井工程软件V1.0是一套具有自主知识产权的钻井设计软件,用于辅助钻井工程师完成直井、定向井、水平井等多种井型工程设计,以提高钻井设计效率。该系统基于钻井工程软件平台架构和统一的数据库,功能模块设计完善,包括井眼轨迹设计、井身结构设计、套管设计、水泥浆设计、水力学计算分析、钻井液设计、钻具摩阻与扭矩分析、邻井数据管理等。在钻井设计完成后可自动生成符合中国石油勘探与生产分公司要求格式的钻井设计书,并可按照各油田的实际需求定制输出文本格式,减少了设计过程中的文本编辑时间。现场应用表明,该软件的功能模块和计算准确性与国外同类钻井软件相当,可满足油田单位的钻井工程设计与分析要求,提高了我国钻井工程设计和工艺软件的自主创新能力和原创性技术研发能力,增强了中国石油钻井工程核心竞争力。

Abstract: Drilling engineering software V1.0 is a set of drilling design software which has independent intellectual property rights. It can help drilling engineers conduct drilling engineering designs for various well types, such as straight well, directional well and horizontal well, improving drilling design efficiency. This system is based on drilling engineering software platform configuration and unified database. It can make a complete series of designs for functional modules, including hole trajectory design, wellbore structure design, casing design, cement slurry design, hydraulics calculation analysis, drilling fluid design, analysis of drilling tool friction and torque, and data management of neighboring wells. Once drilling design is completed, a drilling engineering design report is automatically made in accordance with the drilling design format published PetroChina Exploration and Production Company. The design report can be also customized according to the requirements made by different oil fields, significantly reducing the time for editing reports in the design process. Field application indicates that this software can match with its foreign counterparts in terms of functional modules and calculation accuracy, satisfying the demand for drilling engineering design and analysis at various oil fields. Integrated drilling engineering design system improves China’s independent creativeness and original technological development capacity for drilling engineering design and process software, enhancing CNPC’s drilling engineering competitiveness.
